Patient Financial Services Representative ELIGIBLE FOR CMH EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS: NON PRIORITY RECRUITMENT This position is responsible for billing and/or follow-up of patient accounts. Provides outstanding customer service to patients, guarantors and third-party payors by assisting with questions and concerns relating to CMH’s patient account billing. The PFS Representative submits timely and accurate bills to insurance companies and patients. This position maintains current knowledge of medical billing regulations, forms and processes. Assist patients with account inquires and issue resolution. Duties include, but are not limited to, obtaining accurate information from patients, answering and initiating phone calls, data entry, insurance billing, account follow-up and public contact.
