Role Summary The IT/AV Technician supports all technology needs at the National Medal of Honor Museum including the Griffin Institute training theatre, all group and private special events. This includes on-site level 1 support for point-of-sale, payment, audio visual, desktop support and various other systems critical to the business operation. Essential Functions: Deliver on-site Level 1 support for point-of-sale, payment, audio visual, CMS, and various other systems that are critical to business operations. Deliver comprehensive IT and AV support for internal and extrnal events - meetings, galas, public programing etc. Complete daily checklists to ensure all systems and venue tech are operational.
