Provider Compensation and Contracts Business Partner POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position is Hybrid/Remote Performs financial analysis of compensation arrangements for IHA providers, and/or its affiliates. Areas of focus will include market research on provider compensation rates and trends, performing detailed valuation analyses, excel-based modeling and quarterly reconciliation calculations, and project management. Position will serve as a liaison between the Provider Compensation team and the Payroll Department, assisting with payroll grids, calculating monthly compensation payments related to Letters of Understanding, preparation of compensation profiles for providers as needed and biweekly review of provider compensation payroll data provided by Practice Managers and other key personnel.
