JOB SUMMARY The Medical Technologist Lead at North Mississippi Health Services is responsible for assisting the supervisor with scheduling, quality control, maintenance programs, and work flow organization. This role also includes ensuring the accurate and efficient transportation of lab-related supplies, equipment, and specimens while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations. JOB FUNCTIONS Supervision: Coordinates work flow of phlebotomists in Specimen Processing area. Serves as Charge Medical Technologist (MT) in absence of supervisor or Lead MT.
