Reports to the Vice President, Operations. Serves as the leader of a support services at Memorial Hospital, providing strategic leadership for the development of the support services such that a full and holistic continuum of services is created and structured in response to customer needs. Guides the development of the overall business and strategic plans, creates goals and plans for mission effectiveness, for quality and financial management and works to ensure the alignment of the support services with Memorial Hospital and Beacon Health System (BHS). Is accountable for the overall performance of the support services. Scope of oversight includes: Food & Nutritional Services for Memorial Hospital, Epworth Center, and Beacon Grainger Hospital. Retail Food Services and Vending, Clinical Nutrition, and Nutrition Call Center supporting multiple campuses.
