Responsible for performing various financial transactions while delivering exceptional customer service, the Customer Service Representative serves as a trusted resource for customer needs. Duties of this position include:  Provide prompt, professional customer service by assisting with account inquiries, service requests and issue resolution.  Greet and assist walk-in customers, vendors and visitors; answer incoming calls and route inquiries to appropriate staff while providing accurate and timely responses.  Maintain, balance, and verify cash drawer within established variance limits.
