We have partnered with a National Property Management company who is in need of a Maintenance Tech for a 300 unit hi-rise apartment building in Downtown Albany. Pay range is $21-22/hour with a schedule of 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri Experience needed and major responsibilities include: 2+ years of experience in general maintenance. Experience in affordable housing/REAC inspection experience preferred but not required. Hands-on plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, garbage removal Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.   #toponehire
