Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Compensation: $22.00-$25.00/HR Shipping & Receiving Coordinator   Summary: Responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day shipping department and preparing items for shipment.  Duties/Responsibilities: Prepares items for shipment according to shipping orders. Compares identifying information such as count, weight or description of outgoing shipments against shipping orders or other records. Assembles shipping containers and inserts items into containers using appropriate filler.  Stamps, stencils, or marks identifying information and shipping instructions onto containers. Posts weights, shipping charges and affixes postage. Routes items and stock to appropriate destination as requested. Maintains shipping and receiving documentation in a neat and orderly manner. Receives and records all incoming inventory distribution items and check-in items.  Reports any discrepancies to management. Performs part marking on all parts prior to shipments....
