We are looking for a Call Center Representative to provide customer service by answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls resolving issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience. Responsibilities:   Handling about 50 incoming calls per day or placing about 120 outbound calls per day A bilingual representative fluent in English and Spanish Active listening Verbal and written communication Professional phone voice and persona Basic computer proficiency Skilled typing Adaptability Understanding of phone etiquette Experience or aptitude for call center operations Performs other related duties as assigned.
