The Customer Service Representative performs various responsibilities, including receiving and placing customer orders, and answering telephones. FLSA: Non-Exempt Reports to: Director of Customer Service Essential Functions: Provide excellent customer service to those who call addressing needs accurately and efficiently. Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints through telephone calls by directing calls and taking messages.
