Position Summary The Director of Racquets (DOR) is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and strategic direction of Northmoor Country Club’s racquet sports programs, including tennis, platform tennis, and pickleball. This role oversees all programming, instruction, staff leadership, facilities, and financial performance associated with the racquets department, while delivering a consistently exceptional member and guest experience. The DOR balances hands-on court involvement with administrative and operational responsibilities.
