Overview: The Athletic Trainer serves as the liaison between athletes, physicians, and medical support staff to ensure athletes get the best possible care, improve athlete performance, reducing injuries, and enhancing overall athlete experience satisfaction from the time of injury or assessment through treatment and recovery, under the direction of a Physician. The Athletic Trainer demonstrates excellent customer service performance in that his/her attitude and action are at all times consistent with the standards contained in the Vision, Mission and Values of Covenant and commitment to Extraordinary Care for Every Generation.
