BHC Clinical Improvement Consultant GENERAL SUMMARY: Provides consultative services to Bryan Health Connect (BHC) member clinics to support clinical processes and effective and efficient delivery of health care in order to improve quality and decrease health care costs. Works collaboratively with member clinics in measuring performance, identifying gaps in best practice and recommending improvement methods to transform patient care processes and improve cost and quality outcomes.
