POSITION SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides educational expertise, project management, technical guidance and direction in the development of Epic education. Works closely with their analyst team as well as operational leaders. Organizes and schedules a variety of educational projects in a timely and proficient manner. Maintains educational materials for assigned application(s). Provides live or Webex new hire, upgrade and refresher training to staff. Participates in operational department meetings, provides regular at the elbow support of staff. Individual must maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and other University Health staff as well as perform other duties as assigned or defined in the performance evaluation and in the University Health policies and procedures.
