Radiation Oncology Operations Manager DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION Under the direction of the Administrative Director, Radiation Oncology Chairman and Section VP of Diagnostic and Clinical Services, manage the administrative, informational, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, clinical performance compliance and operational functions of all patient care sections of the department.This person manages staffing concerns, collaborating on resource utilization, resolving performance management issues, as well as managing clinical activities. Consistently practices, advocates for and ensures customer service standards of Ownership, Appearance, Communication, Commitment to Coworkers, Privacy, waiting customers, Safety awareness, and Comfort and Attitude are practiced by all staff.
