Data Analyst for Ambulatory Pharmacy Operations Job Summary : The Pharmacy Data Analyst supports the Ambulatory Pharmacy Services division by collecting, integrating, analyzing, and presenting data that informs operational performance, clinical program outcomes, financial performance, and strategic decisionmaking. This role partners closely with pharmacy leadership, clinical pharmacists, IT, finance, and revenue cycle to optimize pharmacy services across specialty, retail, mail order, infusion, and all ambulatory pharmacy areas Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reports for ambulatory pharmacy performance (e.g., specialty pharmacy metrics, clinical KPIs, revenue and margin tracking, turnaround times, refill rates, prior authorization cycle data).
