Overview: The Pharmacy Technician II performs specialized functions necessary to assist pharmacists in providing safe, efficient, friendly and cost-effective pharmacotherapy services. Specialized functions/areas include, but are not limited to the following: sterile compounding, controlled substance oversight, pediatrics, medication history, patient assistance, inventory control, medstation maintenance, unit inspection, packaging and bedside discharge service. Overview: Provides mental health and substance use services in person or via telehealth. Conducts emergency psychiatric and substance use assessments, diagnoses using the DSM-5/ICD10 codes, and provides crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and social work interventions.
