Job Summary
The Administrative Director of Primary Care combines clinical experience and leadership practice to achieve excellent outcomes. Assumes the primary responsibility for the management, direction, and coordination of all activities in the primary care practices owned by the Hospital, including the integration of new practices. Accountable for providing strategic and operational planning for the practices to reflect Marion Health's mission, vision, and current and anticipated strategic priorities.
