Sales Director – Food Manufacturing – 150K+
Director of Sales works with the President to develop, communicate and implement the sales strategy for the company. The Director manages the sales team, providing guidance and assistance to help them meet sales objectives. Working independently and with the President, the Director of Sales identifies annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue objectives by key account, region, product line, salesperson, and broker.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and presents annual sales plan for the company identifying key revenue opportunities by key account, region, product line, salesperson and broker.
Monitors company performance to sales objectives through scheduling and conducting monthly, quarterly and annual meetings with the leadership team focused on actual results to plan and the identification of causes for sales shortfalls.
