Position Summary The Complex Sales Coordinator provides critical administrative and operational support to the Complex Director of Sales and multi-property sales teams. This role plays a key part in driving revenue by supporting lead management, coordinating group and transient business, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of sales processes across all properties. The Complex Sales Coordinator serves as a liaison between clients, sales teams, and hotel operations to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
