Role Overview: The Senior Representative, Regional Sales (RSR ) plays a critical role in driving new business development and building strong customer relationships within the assigned region. This position focuses on identifying, engaging, and securing new accounts while supporting and growing existing customer relationships to achieve sales targets.   The RSR is responsible for executing a sales strategy to expand Brother Gearmotor’s presence in the region, working to meet or exceed sales quotas.
