Maintenance Supervisor Essential Job Functions (Duties and Responsibilities) The primary duties consist of, but are not limited to, the following: Supervise employees who perform maintenance and install equipment used in thermal processing applications. Monitor, reinforce, and oversee health, safety, and environmental (EHS) performance of the department and employees. Resolve chronic or acute equipment issues.
