What You'll Do:
This role focuses on the RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) experience by supporting sales and developing mutually profitable advisor relationships. Handle inbound calls from advisors and answer product related questions, performance data, sales literature, portfolio analytics, etc. while documenting interactions and key advisor data. Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do: Proactive outreach to engage advisors (phone, email, meetings) Solve for needs across products: mutual funds, separately managed accounts, ETF's, 529's, internal funds, etc Learn to identify new sales opportunities and providing follow up We take pride in being a purpose-led firm, motivated by our mission to make financial security accessible to all.
