Retail Customer Service Representative The Retail Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) will be responsible for assisting with daily activities on the East Bay Supply counter and flooring products showroom areas. The ideal candidate will have some experience in home improvement, flooring dealer, contractor, or specialty hardware retailer. Must possess sales and service support aptitude as well as solid computer skills, be a quick learner, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
