TITOL Assistant, Merchandise Admin Join the largest and fastest growing independent artist merchandise company in the space, work across contemporary recording artists e-commerce stores, tours, retail programs, album rollouts + more. TITOL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Merchandise and Finance teams. This role will focus primarily on tracking and managing invoices for all of our POs, shipments, etc, while also overseeing the creation and management of project codes within our internal systems. The ideal candidate is hyper organized, can multi-task and can operate in a fast paced environment. Working Environment:In-office 5 days/week with occasional travel or on-site support required. May involve weekend or extended hours during peak seasons.
