PORTER - ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE POSITION Performs multiple office and/or common area cleaning tasks in accordance with Environmental Services procedures and Hospital policies and procedures. Collects non-medical and regulated medical waste containers for collection. Collects corrugated boxes. May include floor care maintenance and required equipment to maintain floors and carpeting. Responsible for stocking carts, and collection of soiled linen. Responds to house pages when assigned. Candidate may also be expected to assist in performing other administrative task as assigned as well as assisting other areas of the Revenue Cycle Division or Clinical Services Division as deemed necessary.
