SUMMARY The Little Caesars Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager in establishing and maintaining Little Caesars goals of customer satisfaction, oversees and is accountable for the operation of a restaurant, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resources management and managing operating costs and shrinkage.
