JOB DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTION The Shift Leader or Shift Supervisor is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the Store Manager in a variety of store operations duties. This position serves as a role model of barista responsibilities and serves as the team leader when the Store Manager is unavailable.
