Overview About the Role   The Administrative Director of Clinical Research Services provides strategic and operational leadership for all clinical research activities conducted at University Hospital (UH) or involving its records. This role ensures compliance with UH policies, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards, with a focus on the ethical and efficient use of electronic medical records (EMR) and other data resources for research purposes. Responsibilities include oversight of research billing operations, revenue collection for research procedures, and the management of processes governing access to UH EMR data by Rutgers and external research personnel.
