What You'll Do: The Real Estate Equity Portfolio Management team is currently recruiting for a Portfolio Analyst II.   In this role, you will provide analytical support to the U.S. Property Portfolio Team including sensitivity and variance analysis of annual operating budgets and business plans, asset valuation models, portfolio diversification, performance returns and attribution and other asset/portfolio metrics as directed by the team In addition, you will assist portfolio managers with external communication to clients and consultants.
