What You'll Do: We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Commercial Real Estate- Equity Asset Management team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient support for the regional equity team including, but not limited to, lease review and database administration, construction administration, accounts payable management and approval, quality assurance, reporting, and other special projects.   Lease Administration: With minimal direction, review, analyze, identify, and abstract terms and conditions of lease, lease-related documents, and other contracts. What You'll Do: The Real Estate Equity Portfolio Management team is currently recruiting for a Portfolio Analyst II.   In this role, you will provide analytical support to the U.S. Property Portfolio Team including sensitivity and variance analysis of annual operating budgets and business plans, asset valuation models, portfolio diversification, performance returns and attribution and other asset/portfolio metrics as directed by the team In addition, you will assist portfolio managers with external communication to clients and consultants.
