In this role, you’ll perform lease analysis, valuation modeling, cash flow analysis, development feasibility analysis, and reporting!   Principal Real Estate provides private equity asset management services for client portfolios. The Asset Management Group is actively involved in all stages of the investment life cycle including ground-up development or redevelopment, the acquisition and disposition process, and oversight of property management and leasing.
