Responsibilities include drafting, editing, and proofreading documents; preparing closing binders; coordinating lender and due diligence materials; processing client intake forms; managing calendars, meetings, and travel; handling client communications; and organizing files in the firm’s document management system. Position also involves billing review, expense reporting, time entry, and maintaining attorney contacts.
