We have partnered with an elite Condo Management company out of Stamford who is looking for a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 15 properties, work directly with their boards and handle all tenant relations and financials. CMCA & CAM certifications are MUST HAVES for this role Salary range of $90-110K The ideal individual has excellent customer service skills, is a self-starter and highly motivated, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the property management field or experience on a property Board of Directors is a plus.
