What You'll Do: We are seeking an Associate Portfolio Manager to join our Private Real Estate Debt team, with a primary focus on managing and supporting the General Account portfolio. In this role, you will partner closely with senior Portfolio Managers to help develop and execute portfolio strategy, evaluate risk and return across investments, and support the ongoing management of real estate debt portfolios. What You'll Do: The Real Estate Equity Portfolio Management team is currently recruiting for a Portfolio Analyst II.   In this role, you will provide analytical support to the U.S. Property Portfolio Team including sensitivity and variance analysis of annual operating budgets and business plans, asset valuation models, portfolio diversification, performance returns and attribution and other asset/portfolio metrics as directed by the team In addition, you will assist portfolio managers with external communication to clients and consultants.
