EasyRent offers DSCR loans to real estate investors nationally for residential and mixed use properties up to ten units. Youll get to work with a fun, fast paced team in a vibrant downtown office. The Real Estate Analyst role is focused on performing all aspects of due diligence with regards to the origination of mortgage loans (valuation, tenant/lease, insurance, borrower credit, etc.) including direct interaction with investors and mortgage brokers. The role also consists of and requires high levels of communication between teammates and a multitude of external parties.
