JOB REQUIREMENTS Education   High school diploma or GED required. Experience   Required:   Active Pharmacy Technician License/Registration in Arkansas, or obtained within 90 days of hire Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or eligible within 6 months of hire 2+ years of experience in a hospital, retail, specialty pharmacy, or health system setting Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and pharmacy software systems     Preferred:   Strong understanding of insurance benefits, prior authorizations, and financial assistance programs Experience with specialty pharmacy workflows or patient assistance navigation.
