Director of Nursing Job Summary The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing all nursing operations within Marion Health, including leading nursing staff, setting departmental goals, developing and implementing nursing policies, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, effectively managing the nursing team to achieve optimal patient outcomes across multiple units or departments within Marion Health.
