Overview: This position is eligible for a $40,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment. The Staff CRNA functions as a member of the Anesthesia Care Team in a medically directed capacity to provide safe, appropriate anesthetics for a variety of patients. The Staff CRNA demonstrates excellent customer service performance in that his/her attitude and actions are at all times consistent with the standards contained in the Vision, Mission and Values of Covenant HealthCare and the commitment to Extraordinary Care for Every Generation. Responsibilities: In cooperation with the Anesthesiologist, develops an appropriate Anesthetic care plan based on the specific needs of the patient and surgeon.
