GI & Cancer Center RN Manager JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the daily operations of the Memorial Healthcare Cancer Center, department of Memorial Medical Associates (MMA). This includes but is not limited to regulatory agency compliance, staff allocation, productivity and resource allocation. Responsible for staff educational and compliance needs as they relate to job performance and expectations. Contributes to the development of an operational budget and is expected to maintain budgets as set forth from MMA Administration. Responsible for good communication development within each practice and responds to all practice needs in a timely manner. Strives for superior performance by consistently providing a product or service to leadership and staff that is recognized as ultimately contributing to the patient and family experience.
