This position is responsible for oversight, coordination, monitoring and ensuring the general well-being of the residents through the delivery of high-quality nursing services in a manner that is consistent with the ASBN Nurse Practice Act, strict code of ethics and ARNA core values with constant incorporation of standards set forth by evidence-based practice.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Interviews and hires viable nursing candidates.
