Clinical Manager Summary: Maintains 24 hour accountability for the delivery of quality, cost-effective services of the nursing unit in compliance with all regulatory and licensing standards. Responsible for establishing standards for delivery of services, scope and evaluation of standards. Recommends purchase of capital equipment. Develops, implements and evaluates a management plan which include financial, clinical quality, human resources and professional practice components. Education: RN licensure required. B.S. in Nursing preferred. Licensure: Current Rhode Island R.N. Licensure required. Experience: Seven to ten years directly related experience.
