Overview: The APP Clinical manager is responsible for operational performance, and appropriate development of their advanced practice providers (NNP, PNP, PA) within their group/team/division in a triad partnership with the Medical Director and Practice Manager of the respective WSP/WSG group/division.  The manager will also serve clinically as a pediatric nurse practitioner or physician assistant.  In addition, this manager is responsible for leading their group/team in the development and execution of operational tactics to achieve aspirational goals for the group; including but not limited to-quality, patient experience, clinical outcomes, financial outcomes, new services, regional development, referral development, clinical operations, and medical staff interactions with the group/team.
