Common diagnoses include, but are not limited to, ruling out stroke, syncope, and chest pain—conditions that require further evaluation and testing beyond the Emergency Department. As an observation-only unit, 3MOU offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment characterized by high patient turnover. The average length of stay typically falls between 12-32 hours.
