Overview: The Clinical Coordinator organizes, directs and ensures effective operations of the assigned units, taking into account the effects of her decisions on the 24 hour operation of the unit. This individual participates with managers in hiring, providing corrective action, and doing formal evaluation of employees. The Clinical Coordinator uses independent judgment in problem solving, takes necessary action to resolve issues, organizes workflow, assigns employees and participates in budget planning and compliance.
