Overview: The APP Clinical manager is responsible for operational performance, and appropriate development of their advanced practice providers (NNP, PNP, PA) within their group/team/division in a triad partnership with the Medical Director and Practice Manager of the respective WSP/WSG group/division.  The manager will also serve clinically as a pediatric nurse practitioner or physician assistant.  In addition, this manager is responsible for leading their group/team in the development and execution of operational tactics to achieve aspirational goals for the group; including but not limited to-quality, patient experience, clinical outcomes, financial outcomes, new services, regional development, referral development, clinical operations, and medical staff interactions with the group/team. Overview: The Patient Navigator, RN, Spine Health manages the patient experience: collection of treatment information, coordinates physician review of the medical history, provides patient education, facilitates triage and scheduling with spine specialists. Supports the provider team by previewing treatments and answering questions with the patient and communicating the patient status in real time with the referring physician.
