Education Spec II - RN - BHS DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONS An educator for adults who functions as consultant, resource person, and teacher to all levels of personnel in accordance with the philosophy and objectives of Berkshire Health Systems. Responsibilities include assessing needs, establishing objectives, developing and implementing programs, evaluating outcomes, and maintaining current professional knowledge. The primary responsibility is for the development of staff within BHS and especially in the educator's assigned department. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.) Experience: Minimum 3 years professional experience in health care required.
