Responsibilities The Administrator on Duty Per Diem provides onsite administrative leadership to University Hospital during non-regular business hours on an as needed basis. Facilitates communication between clinical and non-clinical departments to meet the needs of the patients. Acts as Incident Commander during disaster situations. Facilitates throughput by triaging and providing patient bed assignments from within the system and outside facilities, ensuring appropriate level of staffing to meet patient care needs. The AOD Per Diem uses clinical and management skills to maintain accountability for management of fiscal and personnel resources in the delivery of services during non-regular business hours.
