FOUNDATION SPECIALIST POSITION SUMMARY: The Foundation Specialist provides administrative and operational support for the UNC Health Southeastern Foundation and serves as an integral member of the Foundation team. This position supports the Executive Director and assists with fundraising initiatives including annual events such as THE MED GALA, Boots & BBQ, and the employee giving campaign, as well as annual giving and capital campaign efforts. Responsibilities include helping coordinate event logistics; assisting with donor, sponsor, and community partner communications; preparing proposals and supporting materials; maintaining donor and fundraising records; tracking goals and timelines; and assisting with the planning and on-site execution of Foundation events and donor engagement activities.
