HomeBase Case Manager (Bilingual Spanish) Pay: $25–$27/hour  Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hrs/week) Location: Onsite & field-based (mileage reimbursed) Overview The Case Manager supports individuals and families experiencing homelessness by providing re-housing and stabilization case management. This role focuses on client assessments, housing search assistance, service coordination, and ongoing client support to promote housing stability and self-sufficiency.
